These Website Terms of Use ("Website Terms") govern access to and use of the website operated by Auto Cosmetics, LLC ("Auto Cosmetics," "we," "us," or "our"), including its public pages, informational content, forms, and links (the "Site"). They do not, by themselves, authorize vehicle work or replace the customer agreements described below.
By accessing or using the Site after receiving reasonably conspicuous notice of these Website Terms, you agree to comply with them to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. No provision limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Website Terms govern the Site itself. Direct-customer bookings and vehicle services are governed by the versioned Service Agreement & Terms of Service, Appointment Booking Terms & Conditions, incorporated Auto Cosmetics Limited Warranty, and applicable Transaction Documents. Those documents control any conflict concerning a booking, vehicle, service, price, payment, authorization, completion estimate, warranty, claim, or customer dispute.
The online booking form uses one required, initially unchecked checkbox to accept the Service Agreement and Appointment Booking Terms and to acknowledge the incorporated Limited Warranty. The checkbox does not treat the Privacy Policy as a contract or separately add these Website Terms to the customer transaction. Browsing the Site alone does not constitute acceptance of the Service Agreement, Appointment Booking Terms, or Limited Warranty and does not authorize work on a vehicle.
Separately administered dealership, collision-center, fleet, insurer, and other business accounts remain subject to their applicable commercial arrangements. Nothing on the public Site publishes or changes a business account's private pricing, payment terms, customer relationships, or allocation of responsibilities.
General Site content—including service descriptions, examples, price tables, price ranges, photographs, estimated timeframes, technology descriptions, and marketing statements—is provided for general information. It may change prospectively as services, techniques, technology, availability, and business practices evolve.
General published prices, ranges, and examples are estimates until the required vehicle and service information is entered and a vehicle-specific price or written quote is provided. A vehicle-specific installed price displayed after the required selections and included in a booking confirmation or written service confirmation is governed by the Service Agreement and applicable Transaction Documents. Auto Cosmetics may correct an obvious Site error before a transaction is accepted but will not use these Website Terms to disregard a binding vehicle-specific price or an approved change-control requirement.
Site descriptions of installed materials generally identify technology or performance categories and do not promise the continuing availability of a particular proprietary product. If an accepted Transaction Document identifies a specific proprietary product or product line by name, that named selection is part of the approved specifications and is governed by the Service Agreement.
Photographs and examples illustrate prior work or possible results. Actual appearance and performance depend on the vehicle, surface, selected service, existing condition, maintenance, exposure, material characteristics, and other transaction-specific factors. Any Auto Cosmetics warranty is stated only in the applicable version of the Auto Cosmetics Limited Warranty and Transaction Documents.
Subject to these Website Terms, Auto Cosmetics grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes related to learning about, requesting, scheduling, or managing Auto Cosmetics services.

This Section does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing consistent with applicable technical instructions, lawful browser use, or an activity protected by nonwaivable law.
The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, design, layout, logos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Auto Cosmetics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Auto Cosmetics names, logos, and brand identifiers may be trademarks or service marks of Auto Cosmetics. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Except for the limited Site-use license above or as applicable law permits, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission from the applicable rights holder. Nothing on the Site grants an implied license to a trademark, service mark, copyrighted work, or other proprietary material.
To report a copyright or trademark concern involving Site content, submit a request through www.autocosmetics.org/support and identify it as an “Intellectual Property Notice.” Include enough information to identify the work, the challenged material, its location, the basis of the claim, and your contact information. This contact procedure does not represent that Auto Cosmetics has registered a designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
You are responsible for information and content you submit through the Site. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that, to your knowledge, it is not materially false, unlawful, malicious, or infringing.
You grant Auto Cosmetics a nonexclusive license to receive, reproduce, store, transmit, and use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide or document services, maintain business and legal records, secure and improve our systems, or comply with law. Public marketing use of customer-provided content or identifiable vehicle photographs requires the consent described in the Service Agreement, intake record, service confirmation, or a separate authorization.
Nothing in these Website Terms transfers ownership of your lawful review or feedback, restricts an honest review or truthful opinion, or prohibits a good-faith complaint or communication with an attorney, insurer, payment provider, regulator, law-enforcement agency, court, or other lawful forum.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information and describes available privacy choices. The Privacy Policy is a notice and is not incorporated into these Website Terms as a promise that every described technology or processing activity is used in every interaction.
Use of the Site does not constitute blanket consent to marketing, optional tracking, or every information practice described in the Privacy Policy. When separate consent is required, it will be requested through an appropriate affirmative process.
When you submit an inquiry, booking request, quote request, warranty request, or other form, you authorize Auto Cosmetics to respond through the contact information you provide and to send communications reasonably related to that request or an existing transaction. Transactional communications may include appointment, authorization, quote, invoice, payment, project-status, pickup, warranty, claim, and safety messages.
Marketing emails or text messages remain subject to any separate consent and opt-out process required by law. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing services. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about transactional and marketing communications.
The Site may link to or use third-party scheduling, payment, mapping, social-media, communications, analytics, warranty, or other services. Auto Cosmetics does not control those services or their terms, privacy practices, security, availability, or content. A link does not, by itself, constitute endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its applicable terms and notices.
The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Cosmetics does not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or compatible with every device or browser. We may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site when reasonably necessary.
These Site-only disclaimers do not disclaim or modify an Auto Cosmetics obligation concerning an accepted vehicle service, binding price, completed transaction, personal injury, physical damage to property, or warranty. Those matters are governed by the applicable Transaction Documents, including the Service Agreement and Auto Cosmetics Limited Warranty, and by nonwaivable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Cosmetics and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; or loss of goodwill arising solely from access to or use of the Site.
For a claim arising solely from Site access or use and not from a booking, vehicle, service, payment, warranty, or other customer transaction, the aggregate liability of Auto Cosmetics and those parties will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This Site-only cap does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, physical damage to tangible property, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Claims arising from an accepted customer transaction remain subject to the limitation-of-liability provisions in the applicable Service Agreement rather than this Section.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs directly resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Website Terms, or content you submit without the necessary rights. Auto Cosmetics may control the defense of a covered third-party claim, and you must reasonably cooperate. This Section does not require a consumer to indemnify Auto Cosmetics for Auto Cosmetics' own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.
These Website Terms do not independently create an agreement to arbitrate. A person who affirmatively accepts the Service Agreement remains subject to Section 22 of that Agreement for disputes within its scope, including its individual arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, exceptions, and 30-day opt-out right. These Website Terms do not expand, replace, or restart that arbitration provision.
Arizona law governs these Website Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For a Site-only dispute that is not governed by an accepted arbitration agreement, the parties consent, to the extent enforceable and subject to applicable jurisdictional and venue law, to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may revise these Website Terms prospectively. The version and revised effective date at the top identify the current version. We will post a revised version and provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law. A later version does not retroactively change a completed transaction, an earlier acceptance record, or the versioned customer agreements governing an existing booking or service. When affirmative acceptance is legally required, we will request it through an appropriate process rather than relying solely on continued use.
If a provision of these Website Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a continuing waiver. You may not assign rights under these Website Terms without written consent. Auto Cosmetics may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination of Site access.
These Website Terms constitute the entire agreement concerning Site access and use only. They do not supersede or alter the Service Agreement, Appointment Booking Terms, Auto Cosmetics Limited Warranty, Privacy Policy, or an applicable Transaction Document.
